Paula Deen magic trick

These cupcake are made from a recipe in Paula Deen's book, Paula Deen and Friends.  They are really yummy and super easy to make.  In fact, her Peanut Butter Brownie cupcakes aren't from a traditional recipe.  You make them by following the directions for cake-like brownies on a boxed mix, fill the cupcake liners half full, press a miniature peanut butter cup in the middle, and bake at 350F for 18 minutes.  Transfer baked cupcakes to a wire rack to cool as soon as they can be handled.  Then, watch them disappear!
