walk in the woods this weekend. I haven't gone to the pond in a couple of weeks, and Buddy (our lab) is pretty despondent about it. My own soul is feeling quite tattered, too--I need to be out among the whispering trees, the soft earth, and soaring sky.

that L will be able to sit through the entire Mass tonight (he's not good at this yet). I also really want to find a way to visit my parents soon. They are getting older, and I miss them.
